Ingredients

  • 10 ml Oil
  • 1 kg Beef mince
  • 100 g Carrot Grated
  • 200 g Zucchini Grated
  • 850 g Crushed Tomatoes Tinned with juice
  • 50 g Tomato paste
  • 200 g Red kidney beans Washed and drained
  • 5 g Chilii powder
  • 40 g Chicken stock cube 2 chicken stock cubes
  • 500 g Corn chips
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 200 g Cheese Greated
  • 100 g Lettuce

Instructions

  • Heat oil in the pan
  • Add mince and brown
  • Grate carrot and zucchini and stir into mince
  • Pour in tinned tomatoes and mix in tomato paste
  • Add kidney beans, chilli powder and stock cubes
  • Cook for 15 minutes to reduce the sauce
  • Serve with cheese, sour cream, and shredded lettuce. The filling can be used inside a wrap as shown (melt cheese on top or inside) great finger food and fun to eat (photo is on the recipe in the recipe centre)
