Ingredients

  • 250 g Margarine
  • 200 g Caster Sugar:
  • 10 g Vanilla Paste
  • 1 Egg
  • 320 g Plain flour GF
  • 10 g Baking powder
  • 150 g Smarties Chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 180°C (350°F) and line three baking trays with non-stick paper
  • Cream margarine and sugar for 5 minutes
  • Add vanilla paste and egg and slowly beat in
  • Fold in flour and baking powder
  • Fold in smarties
  • Drop a spoonful of mixture onto a tray (Biscuits will spread so leave space. Cook until golden brown (12-15 minutes)Leave on the tray for 5 minutes to cool and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
