- Audit Level One ($550, fixed) – full external audit of menu. Paper base menu review, balancing menu, nutritional overview of menu, repetition, suggested corrections. Includes a full report.
- Audit Level Two ($1100 per day + travel) – site visit and full audit of menu as above, in conjunction with foodservices.
- Recipe Development – $550 per 20 recipes
- Menu Writing ($550) – draft of fully balanced menu. Nutritional overview is available for the additional cost of a Level One audit (see above).
