Ingredients
- 250 g Margarine
- 200 g Caster Sugar:
- 10 g Vanilla Paste
- 1 Egg
- 320 g Plain flour GF
- 10 g Baking powder
- 150 g Smarties Chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven 180°C (350°F) and line three baking trays with non-stick paper
- Cream margarine and sugar for 5 minutes
- Add vanilla paste and egg and slowly beat in
- Fold in flour and baking powder
- Fold in smarties
- Drop a spoonful of mixture onto a tray (Biscuits will spread so leave space. Cook until golden brown (12-15 minutes)Leave on the tray for 5 minutes to cool and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
